At Yoenzo Travel, we understand that travel plans can sometimes change unexpectedly. Since travel arrangements in Bhutan require advance confirmation of permits, accommodations, transportation, guides, and other services, certain costs are incurred well before your arrival.
Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and easy to understand, ensuring clarity for our guests while allowing us to maintain the quality of services provided throughout your journey.
Cancellation Requests
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
To process your request efficiently, please include your booking reference, travel dates, and full contact details when contacting us.
Refund Processing
Once a cancellation has been confirmed, any eligible refund will be processed within 2 to 3 weeks.
Processing times may vary depending on banking institutions, payment methods, and coordination with service providers and relevant authorities.
Refund Policy
- More than 60 days before arrival: Ground handling fees and eligible prepaid services will be refunded, subject to any non-refundable administrative or banking charges.
- Within 60 days of arrival: No refunds will be applicable due to confirmed bookings, permits, accommodations, transportation, and other travel arrangements that have already been secured on your behalf.
Important Information
As your travel date approaches, most travel-related services—including hotels, transportation, permits, guide services, and government fees—are fully confirmed and paid in advance. These costs are generally non-recoverable, which is why refunds cannot be offered for late cancellations.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may affect your travel plans.
